Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection and Telemetry Scope
ABHAYASTRA operates under a Zero-Trust privacy model. We do not continuously collect or store location history. During daily standby operations, all coordinates, audio records, and video telemetry buffers are saved locally on your Android device inside an encrypted database.
Telemetry updates are transmitted to the server network only when:
- You explicitly trigger the physical Emergency SOS sequence.
- You initiate a temporary location sharing authorization.
2. Live Media & WebRTC Streams
Live video and audio streams captured during active SOS alerts utilize peer-to-peer WebRTC connections where possible. In symmetric NAT network environments, traffic falls back to secure TURN relay nodes.
All video and audio streams are encrypted end-to-end (E2EE) using Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP). No media packets are recorded or cached on intermediate relay nodes.
3. Cryptographic Evidence Vault
Files uploaded to the Evidence Vault are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM before transmission. De-cryption keys are derived locally from user-controlled credentials. We do not have access to these keys.
4. Data Subject Rights & Deletion
You hold the absolute right to wipe your details from our systems. You can initiate this immediately by executing the Delete Account tool on the portal. All metadata and active vault blocks are purged within 24 hours of confirmation.
