1. Scope of Service & Emergency Warnings
ABHAYASTRA provides a critical personal safety telemetry and notification platform. While we make every effort to maximize service uptime and coordinate signaling tunnels, you acknowledge that cellular service availability, operating system constraints (such as background thread termination), and hardware performance may impact notification delivery times.
ABHAYASTRA is not a direct substitute for municipal emergency dispatch services (such as 911/112/999). Users should contact police and medical services directly when circumstances permit.
2. Client Node Licensing and Restrictions
Subject to compliance with these terms, ABHAYASTRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our Kotlin-native Android APK on your personal devices. Reverse engineering of proprietary signaling algorithms or attempts to breach websocket clusters will result in immediate session termination.
3. Evidence Vault Liability
The Evidence Vault stores client-encrypted media logs. You hold sole responsibility for the legality of the audio/video media blocks recorded. ABHAYASTRA is not responsible for data loss due to forgotten master decryption PINs.
4. Force Majeure and Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless ABHAYASTRA Technologies, its contractors, and developers from any claims arising out of cellular signal disruptions, server node outages, or police dispatch failures.
